Terms and booking conditions:
All major credit cards accepted (except diners club).
We require card details to confirm your booking (remember that no money is deducted unless a cancellation occurs in which case our Cancellation Policy would apply – please see below).
Reservation procedures:
• We must accept reservations on a first-come-first-served basis
• Please complete the reservation form and email it back to us
• We can only accept reservations with full card details and an approximate arrival time
• If the room is still available when we receive your Reservation form (FULLY COMPLETED), we will confirm reservation by return email
Cancellation policy:
We do recommend that you purchase travel insurance which will protect you from unnecessary costs resulting from cancellations.
All cancellations required to be done in writing. No money is taken unless cancellation policy comes into force.
Cancellation charges are levied as follows:
• Refunds on Deposits: 5% of deposit amount
• Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation
• Cancellations 14 - 01 days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation
• No show, 100% of total reservation
Peak season conditions:
• From 20 December until 10 January:
3 night minimum stay is required
• Argus Cycle tour weekend and Easter weekend:
Double room rates only.
